PUNCH

1 c. water

1 c. sugar

1 tall can pineapple juice

1 pkg. frozen pure lemon juice (thawed)

1 bottle ginger ale

1/4 or 1/2 bottle almond extract

Bring water and sugar to boil.  Mix pineapple juice, water mixture and lemon juice.  Before serving, add ginger ale and almond extract.  Makes 1 gallon punch.
