BOILED CUSTARD

1 qt. whole milk

1 1/2 c. sugar

4 eggs

1 T. vanilla

Put eggs and sugar in blender with 2 cups milk and blend.  Pour into pan adding additional milk as you cook.  Cook until mixture coats spoon stirring constantly.  Strain through strainer to remove any lumps and let cool.  Add vanilla after mixture cools.
