APPLE RELISH

8 bell peppers (cored and seeds removed)

1 hot pepper

4 large onions (preferably white)

1 peck apples (washed, cored, seeded)

Grind all ingredients.  Save juice that drips from all food and mix with 1 qt. vinegar, 3 c. sugar, and 4 T. salt.  Cook together about 10 minutes after it comes to a boil.  Put in jars and seal.  Firm pears can be used in place of apples.  Delicious with all meats!
