MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE

1 T. oil

2 sticks oleo

4 T. cocoa

4 eggs

1 1/2 c. flour

Dash of salt

2 c. sugar

1 c. nuts

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  While cake is still hot, cover with marshmallow cream.

Frosting:

1 stick oleo

4 T. cocoa

1 box powdered sugar

2/3 c. evaporated milk

Best with mixer use more or less milk depending on the consistency of the frosting.  Frost cake.
