YUM YUMMY CAKE

2 c. flour

2 c sugar

2 egg yolks

1 lg. can crushed pineapple

2 t. soda (add last)

Mix all together and bake in 9 X 12 pan at 350 degrees.

Topping:

1 c. evaporated milk

1 c. sugar

1 stick butter

1 c. pecans

1 c. coconut

1 t. vanilla

Bring milk, sugar and butter to a boil and cook 2 minutes.  Remove from heat and add 1 c. coconut, 1 t. vanilla, and 1 c. pecans.
