STRAWBERRY CAKE

1 lg. box white cake mix

3 eggs

3/4 c. Wesson oil

1/2 c. cold water

1 box strawberry Jello

1/2 c. frozen strawberries

Put all ingredients in lg. bowl and mix thoroughly.  Pour into 2 (9”) round pans or in 2 (7 X 11) layer pans that have wax paper on the bottom or that have been well greased on sides and bottom.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick oleo

1 box powdered sugar

1/2 c. drained strawberries

Cream butter and sugar.  Stir in strawberries.
