JAM CAKE

1 c. butter

2 c. sugar

6 eggs

2 T. soda

4 c. flour

1 T. allspice

1 T. cinnamon

1 T. nutmeg

1 c. raisins

1 c. nuts

1 c jam

1 T. vinegar (or grape juice)

Mix all the above ingredients, add and beat one egg at a time.  Pour into greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
