POPCORN CAKE

Popcorn

1 l. bag marshmallows

1 stick butter

1 lg. jar salted peanuts

1 lg. bag M & M's

Pop a tube pan full of popcorn.  Melt marshmallows with butter.  Add other ingredients.  Mix well.  Press in a buttered tube pan.  Turn out on plate and slice.
