SAVORY STEAK

2 1/2 lbs. round steak

2 t. salt and pepper

1 small onion, chopped

2 T. ketchup

1 1/2 c. hot water

1/2 t. mustard

Flour steak by pounding flour in steak.  Fry in bacon grease.  Mix mustard, ketchup, and hot water.  Pour over steak.  Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.  Use sauce over steak.
