ZESTY MEAT LOAF

1 1/2 lb. ground beef

1 c. soft bread crumbs

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/2 c. milk

3 to 4 T. Heinz 57 sauce

1 t. salt

Dash pepper

Combine ingredients.  Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.  Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.
