MOCK FILET MIGNON
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. minced onion
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
8 slices bacon
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
Combine meat with rice and seasonings. Divide in 8 parts and form into patties about 3/4" thick. Wrap bacon around each and fasten with toothpicks. Place on baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Heat mushroom soup and milk and serve as sauce.
