TACO CASSEROLE

1 1/2 c. ground chuck

1 onion, chopped

1 lg. plain bag Doritos

2 cans enchilada sauce (mild or hot)

1 lg. jar taco sauce

2 c. grated cheese

Brown onions and beef.  Drain.  Place Doritos on bottom of 9 X 13 pan.  Pour browned beef and onions over Doritos.  Mix sauces.  Pour over beef.  Top with grated cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts or hot.
