MELLO JELLO SALAD
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 bag miniature marshmallows
3 c. boiling water
2 sm. pkg. cream cheese (room temp.)
2 cans crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 c. pecans (chopped)
1 T. vinegar
Combine Jello and water. Add marshmallows. While this mixture is congealing, mash cream cheese and fold in nuts. Add vinegar and juice from pineapple, then add pineapple. Add this to congealed mixture and chill in refrigerator.
