CREAMED SQUASH

1/2 stick butter

1/2 c. cream onion juice (optional)

1 c. cheese

1 c. bread crumbs

Squash

Mix well with cooked squash.  Put mixture in buttered casserole dish and cover with a few bread crumbs.  Place in oven to brown.
