CASSEROLE DELIGHT

2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli

1 can mushroom soup

1 c. mayonnaise

1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

2 eggs

1/2 c. chopped onion

1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli 4 to 5 minutes then drain.  Combine soups, mayonnaise, onion, 3/4 of cheese and well beaten eggs.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Fold in broccoli.  Top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
